The theme of how to feel gratitude is huge right around this time of the year. And I just wanted to offer a few thoughts and a few techniques for you.

If you really appreciate the presence of something in your life and you want to feel much more of it. Or you want to take it in in the spirit of gratitude. One idea that I found that friends I’ve had and that a lot of folks have given great feedback on is just to feel the presence of that thing in your life and then feel its absence.

Feel it as if it were completely gone. As if that person, place or thing are non-existent…

Then, imagine going through several days or weeks without that thing being present…

And then have it brought back…

You can just feel and say, “Wow, I so appreciate this.”

That feeling is what you need to use when you’re manifesting something.

That, “Oh, I so appreciate this!”
