There are several types of meditation that could really, really support you in your spiritual growth. I’ll just share a little bit about what I do in the hour and a half every day that I meditate. I work and build several skills. It’s not to say that you should do that much, though.
A lot of people get a great benefit in meditating 20 minutes a day. Oftentimes, it takes 15 minutes just for the chatter in your mind to slow down.
You can start to go just really deep and rewire your brain to be calmer, more peaceful and just more present. And end that chatter. Or eventually, gain control of that chatter and rewire it, to be positive, focused, supporting your goals, supporting your peacefulness, etc.
Meditation for Joy
Some meditations that I do, that I’m happy to teach if you want to learn and focus more deeply, one on one or want a workshop, is meditating for joy.
A lot of times, we don’t feel joyful by default. It’s just based on what happens to us or what we put in our bodies.
So, I focus on the feeling, the frequency of joy that I’ve learned just by channeling and by studying Alchemy and diamond herb.
Feeling joy is something that you can just do at any time. Just if you think about it, if you want to feel like angry or really happy, you can focus on memory or subject that gives you emotion.
What I do and what I can teach you is to really feel into that pure emotion and just bring it in and drink it in like you’re breathing it. Just feel your body with it and that will rewire your brain, to experience that more often because our brains are habitual. It is always on auto-pilot. It’s like your breathing and heartbeat, they are on auto-pilot.
Another meditation I do is to work with my chakras and charge them with different types of energy: the third eye to see more, have more psychic abilities, the heart to feel more love and be more loving and transfer more love and the sacral chakra which is a chakra of creativity, sexuality, wealth, abundance, emotional fluidity and stability.
By feeling the different chakra energy is to activate them, strengthen them and heal them. In meditations sometimes I’m just silent sitting or lying down. Other times, I just focused while I’m walking or working out, even. And just make that as a moving meditation.
Life as a whole can be more conscious.
And another tip of meditation that I do is focusing on my goal. I really focus and get present working to manifest specific types of things. Using techniques that are very effective and just seeing that reality that I intend to create in the present tense, with a positive emotion
That program allows the subconscious to look out for things that could help achieve those goals and magically and manifestation-wise. I can also help those things be created by shifting timeline, shifting parallel realities, and having your Higher Self support you.
Know that there’s a lot that I teach actually in videos and YouTube and elsewhere. If you’re curious about that and if you’d like to learn more, let me know.
Obviously, there’s a lot more to this, but I just wanted to make this very short and concise for you.
I love you.
I believe in you.
We are one.
