Just to understand a little bit more of the Pineal Gland, it is inside the deep part of your brain. And it gets a lot of blood. It’s beyond the blood brain barrier. So, it’s really critical to really protect it.
You might only know a little bit about Fluoride that has been put in our drinking water for a long time to purify it but it actually can wound the Pineal Gland.
But there are a lot of ways to heal and improve your Pineal Gland. Along with crystals, different scents, yoga poses and monitoring your food intake are supplements.
Supplements to Improve Pineal Gland
So, here are the supplements that I highly recommend to heal and improve your Pineal Gland:
1. Blue Green Algae
So this is the brand that I take. It’s really pretty affordable given this is your health, your ability to perceive psychic phenomena, etc. And I take about five of these a day. That’s based on my instructors, my mentors, my goals, and things like that.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar is a really, really fantastic supplement. It just detoxifies your whole body. It detoxifies your liver, can let a little bit of fluoride out and it’s just good to have it all the time.
In the Pineal Gland, if it is clear that means it is healthy and unclear or a little icky is not. And if you think about it, you know, that your neural tissue should look uniform. It should look pretty healthy. So, having an unhealthy Pineal Gland is not where we want to be. And if you can think of it, this is a part of your brain. This is a part of who you are. And if you feel a visceral reaction, you realize that part of this might resonate with you. Maybe part of this might inspire you to heal.
I really encourage you to learn as much as you can. It’s worth understanding at a deep level, at this part of your brain that you’ve been called here to experience, to figure out how to interact with spirit world, etc.
