The next time you find yourself in front of a mirror, practice gazing into your own eyes with Love. Even if this feels awkward at first, shift your attention from anything your mind speaks, and quietly offer yourself some compassionate, unconditional, all-encompassing Love.
Do not label it. Do not place requirements on it. You may set a timer for 3 minutes, to help your mind relax and focus with totality on allowing this spiritual energy to flow forth.
Offer it. Receive it. Feel the truth of Love in abundance.
It requires nothing. Your attention amplifies it, but in feeling it, you recognize its eternal availability, its eternal presence.
Self-Love Exercise Effects
As you proceed, notice without intending or changing your intentions how your face shifts. Be the witness in the physical, while existing in the astral-energetic space of pure emotion.
Do this now.
The above exercise should be practiced by all dedicated students at least once per day. If you want to become one of those people who walk around with an aura of peacefulness, stillness, and compassion, focus on the feeling of Love outside of specific circumstances like staring into a mirror. Generate the feeling inside of you and project it outwards, surrounding you in all directions.
